If you are planning a themed week, you are looking for something that works.
Something meaningful for your pupils.
Something structured.
Not extra paperwork.
Not something that adds to your workload.
That is exactly how I design these workshops.

"Úna brought a wonderful sense of calm and well being to the children and adults in our community. Her adaptability to a broad range of groups was invaluable. Úna has a natural gift in this field and was a joy to work with."

Designed to Fit Your Themed Week

Whether you are planning:
-
Wellbeing Week.
-
Active School Week.
-
Friendship Week.
-
Kindness Week.
-
Health and Happiness Week.
I can structure the day around your focus.
You choose the dates.
You choose the theme.
I create a workshop plan that fits your timetable and supports your goals.
This is not a fixed programme.
It is shaped around your school.
Workshop Formats
I can make this a truly bespoke experince for your school, you can book:
Individual class sessions across the day
A whole school workshop day
Sessions adapted for Autism classes
A 20 minute after school staff reset session
A parent and child workshop for younger classes
I understand that each school has its own needs, priorities and timetable.
That is why I offer flexible formats and bespoke planning.
Together, we create a structure that works for your pupils and your school day.
What Pupils Experience
Sessions are practical and active.
Pupils:
Practise calm breathing and body awareness
Take part in guided relaxation
Move through structured yoga and Brain Gym sequences
Experience Story Massage in a safe and respectful way
Learn simple regulation tools they can use independently
Teachers leave with tools they can repeat in class the next day

Supporting The Peita Amber Flag
Pieta leads the Amber Flag initiative for schools.
Amber Flag requires schools to run a Wellbeing Week or Mental Health Awareness Day as part of the process.
This workshop can be the centrepiece activity of that week.
It supports:
Emotional literacy
Nervous system regulation
Mental health awareness
Whole school participation
Amber Flag also includes a fundraising goal for Pieta.
Many schools pair their Wellbeing Week with a fundraiser.
Supporting The Active School Flag
Active School Flag promotes a whole school approach to physical activity.
My workshops support:
Movement across the school day
Inclusive participation
Structured physical activity in a different format
Whole school engagement during Active School Week
Planning an Active School Week event can form part of your Active School Flag journey.
This workshop can be that event.
